What is Cardi Fit?
This popular programme builds strength/fitness/endurance for both the upper and lower body as well as the core. Cardi Fit assists to reduce the risk of conditions like heart disease, stroke and diabetes, as well as improve fitness through a series of specialised exercises. It is especially suitable for people who have not taken part in this type of exercise training previously. We educate you during Cardi Fit on the technique and benefits of particular exercises, and in the Video Link format we use common household items to show how easy it is to build strength with everyday objects (e.g. tins of beans/buckets/cushions)
